Liaison between the Club and its members. I aim to build strong relationships between prospectives members, current members, committees, the Board of Directors and management. I take an active role in all aspects of membership, from serving as the first point of contact for membership related questions, organizing engagement events, maintaining a membership database to providing analytics to support and direct policy changes. In this role, my goal is to both improve the Club community and strengthen membership counts in order to keep the organization financially healthy.

By building upon the existing program and adding stronger recognition and retention policies, we are consistently delivering a better experience for the members. Internally, streamlined processes, comprehensive goal-making and a standard operating procedure (SOP) have provided continuity and an operating reference guide.
