Office Manager
In my first full time position out of college, I worked alongside a small team of engineers on industrial and institutional projects in the Shenandoah Valley region. Utilizing my experience with drafting programs and basic 3D modeling, I aided in all drafting needs for floor plans, elevations, site plans and also created 3D models for select client projects, such as a kitchen remodel, bed and breakfast and a 1950’s school renovation.
Due to the small and efficient nature of the firm, I also acted as the office manager - maintaining the accounting using Quickbooks software, handling invoicing and client inquiries. I was involved in a variety of meetings and aspects of the business, from client meetings, local networking chapters and volunteer initiatives to meetings with subcontractors and clients.
